Return Policy takes pride in providing exceptional customer service in the electric bike industry. We strive to make your shopping experience easy and convenient and to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase.

Please note each of our brands that we carry at E-Bikes Planet have specific refund and return policies. You may return your item 15-30 days depending on the manufacturers policy. Please read each refund and return policy that applies to the specific brand you purchased which is located on the product page next to the product details and specifications.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Please notify us within 15-30 days of your request to return by filling out the information on our Contact Us page.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If you choose to return a product for any reason other than you received the wrong merchandise from the manufacturer or you received a defective product, you should expect to be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • You will receive a refund for the price of the item minus the 20% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the wrong item was shipped by us, or you received a defective product, in that case we will pay for the return shipping.
  • If return is accepted, we will refund you on the original payment method that was used to purchase your item.

Items that are not eligible for a return

  • Items that have been returned without it's original packaging.
  • Items that are eligible for parts under manufacturers warranty.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 If your return is approved you will receive an email from us with specific return instructions

  • Carefully pack all items in it's original packaging
  • Please take a photo of the packaged item before shipping 
  • We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Please email or call us with the tracking number

Upon receiving and inspecting your package, we will notify you via email that your item had been either approved or disapproved.

If approved we will process your return on the original payment method that was used to purchase within 10 business days depending on your bank.

You may cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of purchase.

All unshipped orders cancelled after 48 hours will be charged a $40.00 administration fee

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make sure you get the parts replaced at no additional cost.

If your item is shipped with excessive damage to the box with product being exposed 

  • Refuse shipment
  • Be sure to sign"Box Damaged and refused" on carriers paperwork
  • Notify us immediately at

Please note: If contents cannot be properly inspected at the time of delivery you must state "Box Damage subject to inspection " on carriers paperwork and list type of damage.

Contents must be inspected with 48 hours of delivery

In the unfortunate case that you find an item inside the box damaged please reach out to us so that we can send you a replacement part to remedy the issue.

Most of our suppliers come with a minimum 1-Year manufacturers warranty. All of our suppliers warranty information can be read on the Warranty tab on the footer menu.
