If your order is in stock , we will process the charges to your credit card and will ship within five business days from the date of your order.
Most orders will arrive 2-8 days after being shipped depending on the warehouse that we are shipping from.
Please note orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day.
After your order has been filled, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us on our Contact Us page.
Upon Arrival of your package, you will be asked to sign for your delivery. If you are unable to receive your package ,you will be asked to pick up your parcel at the closest shipping carrier location.
Please double check the delivery address and phone number provided to us to ensure that there are no hiccups in your delivery.
We highly suggest enrolling in text updates with the delivery carrier to ensure that you will be available to receive your delivery.
E-Bikes planet will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe to have a lost or stolen package, we will file a lost claim with the carrier. If the carrier denies the claim, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If the carrier had attempted deliveries unsuccessfully, the customer may wish to have the package re-shipped at the customers expense.
If the customer chooses not to re-ship the package to them , they will be eligible for a refund minus the cost of original shipping fee in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
